Signaling Design for Cooperative Resource Allocation and its Impact to Message Reliability

چکیده
Decentralized cooperative resource allocation schemes for robotic swarms are essential to enable high reliability in throughput data message exchanges. These require control signaling avoid half-duplex problems at the receiver and mitigate interference. We propose two schemes, device sequential group scheduling, introduce a design. observe that failure reception of these signals lead non-cooperative behavior significant performance degradation. The cause failures is identified, specific countermeasures proposed evaluated through extensive system level simulations. key indicators packet inter-reception metric. As our main reference, we compare against NR sidelink mode 2 allocation, show despite has impact on performance, scheduling improve by an order magnitude compared 2.

We propose a message-passing paradigm for resource allocation problems. This serves to connect ideas from the message passing literature, which has primarily grown out of the communications, statistical physics, and artificial intelligence communities, with a problem central to operations research. This also provides a new framework for decentralized management that generalizes price-based syst...
متن کاملA Message-Passing Paradigm for Resource Allocation
We propose a message-passing paradigm for resource allocation problems. This is a framework for decentralized management that generalizes price-based systems by allowing incentives to vary across activities and consumption levels. Message-based incentives are defined through a new equilibrium concept. We demonstrate that message-based incentives lead to systemoptimal behavior for convex resourc...
متن کاملResource Allocation in Cooperative Communications
In this project, we have developed a framework for resource allocation in a multi user cooperative wireless network. We have considered centralized and decentralized node-relay assignment with the objective of maximizing the sum throughput. We present an efficient polynomial time centralized assignment algorithm to achieve this objective, and also investigate efficient decentralized schemes tha...

Proof. Let L be a Lipschitz constant that applies to all utility functions. Suppose each message in the set V is Lipschitz continuous with Lipschitz constant L. Consider the message from an activity a to a resource r ∈ R(a). Define X a\r , ∏r∈R(a)\r Xr to be the space of consumption bundles for activity a, excluding resource r. Without loss of generality, assume that (FV )a→r(xar) ≥ (FV )a→r(xa...
